Chef Lila has earned her degree in pastry arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York City and has worked for a variety of high-end food industry venues including the Food Network. In 2010, she was awarded the prestigious James Beard Scholarship. She now partners with Share our Strength, a non-profit that helps to
feed children and families in need. Chef Lila’s vision for Brûlée Bakery is to channel her passion for dessert into a company that stands for holistic practices and sustainability.
